George takes us through a combination of movements and breathing techniques aimed at gently getting the body moving while promoting a calm, positive mind set and setting us up for the day ahead.

Main Workout
- Seated breathing to lying deep breaths
- Lying chest and upper back openers x 5, with glute bridges in between the 2 sets
- Windscreen Wipers for lower back mobility
- Onto knees for cat-camel spinal mobility
- Then Thread the Needles
- Spinal Rotations from a low squat position
- 5 breaths in plank
- Up into Downward Facing Dog
- From Down Dog alternate knee strikes
- Walking back into a forward fold, hamstring set
- Spinal lift, finishing with shoulder shrugs
